CUSTOM MONUMENTAL  

"Breaking" the "shackles" of traditional fitness photography

A Monumental session is very different than any of the other sessions. Essentially, we approach this type of session as an artist would an oil painting.

We, hence forth known as "The Photographer's", reserve the creative rights to edit and release only those images deemed faithful in quality and within the photographer’s artistic standards. The Photographer's retains the copyright to all images produced by the Photographer's and/or the Photographer's subcontractors. The client understands the images given cannot be used for profit or advertising and all posting of images on the internet must be acknowledged as images by the Photographer's. 

 

Shoot Copyrights include: Self promotion usage, eg. Personal website, Facebook, Instagram, etc. Photos can be printed for use in model's portfolio. No Third Party usage permitted without consent from Bombelkie Marcin and Dawid Witukiewicz.
